FAQ
How to create a QR code for Wi-Fi?
Select "Wi-Fi Network" type, enter your SSID (network name), password, and security type (WPA2 is most common). Generate and print the QR code — visitors scan it to connect without typing the password.
Can I use colored QR codes?
Yes. Use the color pickers to set custom foreground and background colors. Ensure sufficient contrast between foreground and background for reliable scanning.
What error correction level should I use?
For general use, M (15%) is standard. Use H (30%) if you plan to add a logo over the QR code or if it may get partially damaged. Higher error correction makes the QR code denser.
Is the QR code stored anywhere?
No. QR codes are generated entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to any server.
What size should the QR code be for printing?
For business cards, 256px (2.5cm at 96dpi) is enough. For posters or banners, use 512px or higher. Always test scan before printing large quantities.
